Each rep prepares:

  • Top 5 deals by value
  • Stage movement since last review
  • Next steps and blockers
  • Close date confidence (1-10)

The Review Structure (30 min per rep)

1. Pipeline Snapshot (5 min)

  • Total pipeline value vs. quota
  • Stage distribution (healthy = pyramid shape)
  • New opportunities added this week
  • Deals that moved forward or backward

2. Deal Deep Dives (20 min)

For each top deal, ask:

  • Who is the economic buyer? Have we met them?
  • What is the compelling event driving urgency?
  • What is the decision process an
