The Review Structure (30 min per rep)
1. Pipeline Snapshot (5 min)
- Total pipeline value vs. quota
- Stage distribution (healthy = pyramid shape)
- New opportunities added this week
- Deals that moved forward or backward
2. Deal Deep Dives (20 min)
