The Meeting Framework
Every sales meeting should have three things: a clear agenda, defined outcomes, and agreed next steps. These templates ensure you never wing it.
Template 1: Discovery Call (30 min)

Key questions to ask:
- "Walk me through how you currently handle [process]."
- "What happens when [pain point] occurs?"
- "If you could wave a magic wand, what would change?"
- "What's the cost of doing nothing for another 6 months?"
