Set up your email provider (SendGrid, Mailgun, or custom SMTP) to send outreach emails.

Configuring Email Settings

Before sending emails through sequences, you need to configure your email provider.

Supported Providers

  • SendGrid: Popular transactional email service
  • Mailgun: Developer-friendly email API
  • Custom SMTP: Any SMTP server (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Email Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select your provider
  3. Enter your API key or SMTP credentials
  4. Set your "From" name and email address
  5. Click Test Connection to verify
  6. Save your settings

SendGrid Setup

  1. Create a SendGrid account at sendgrid.com
  2. Go to Settings → API Keys → Create API Key
  3. Select "Full Access" or "Restricted Access" with Mail Send permission
  4. Copy the API key into LeadFinder Pro

Daily Send Limits

To protect your sender reputation:

  • Free plan: 50 emails/day
  • Pro plan: 500 emails/day
  • Enterprise plan: 2,000 emails/day

Deliverability Tips

  • Use a dedicated sending domain
  • Warm up new email accounts gradually
  • Keep bounce rates below 2%
  • Monitor your sender reputation
