Using the Email Template Library

LeadFinder Pro includes a library of proven cold email templates to accelerate your outreach.

Accessing Templates

1. Go to Template Library in the sidebar
2. Browse templates by industry or category
3. Use the search bar to find specific templates

Template Categories

• Cold Outreach: First-touch emails to new prospects
• Follow-Up: Second and third touch emails
• Introduction: Warm introductions and referrals
• Meeting Request: Asking for a call or demo
• Value Proposition: Leading with specific benefits
• Re-engagement: Reaching out to cold contacts

Using a Template

1. Click Preview to see the full email
2. Click Copy to copy the subject and body to your clipboard
3. Click Use in Sequence to pre-fill a sequence step
4. Customize the merge variables with your contact's information

Customization Tips

• Always personalize the opening line
• Replace all {{variables}} with real data
• Adjust the value proposition for your specific product
• Test different templates to find what works for your audience
