Importing Contacts from CSV

Bring your existing contact lists into LeadFinder Pro with our CSV import tool.

Preparing Your CSV

Your CSV file should include headers. Common columns:

• Name (or First Name / Last Name)
• Email
• Phone
• Company
• Job Title
• LinkedIn URL

Import Process

1. Go to Import Contacts in the sidebar
2. Upload your CSV file (drag and drop or click to browse)
3. Map your CSV columns to CRM fields
4. Preview the import to check for errors
5. Click Import to add contacts

Duplicate Detection

The importer automatically detects duplicates by email address. You can choose to:

• Skip duplicates
• Update existing records
• Import as new contacts

Import History

View all past imports with:

• Date and time
• Number of records imported
• Success/failure counts
• Source file name
