Pipeline and Deal Management

The Pipeline feature gives you a visual Kanban board to track deals from prospect to close.

Default Pipeline Stages

  1. Prospect: Initial contact identified
  2. Qualified: Contact meets your ideal customer profile
  3. Proposal: Proposal or quote sent
  4. Negotiation: Active discussions on terms
  5. Closed Won: Deal successfully closed
  6. Closed Lost: Deal did not close

Creating Deals

  1. Go to the Pipeline page
  2. Click Add Deal
  3. Enter deal name, value, and associated contact
  4. Assign to a pipeline stage

Managing Deals

  • Drag and drop deals between stages on the Kanban board
  • Click any deal to view details, notes, and activity history
  • Set expected close dates for forecasting
  • Assign deals to team members

Pipeline Analytics

The Analytics page shows:

  • Conversion rates between stages
  • Average deal cycle time
  • Win rate trends
  • Pipeline value by stage
