Setting Up Webhooks

Webhooks let you connect LeadFinder Pro to external tools and services for real-time notifications.

Creating a Webhook

1. Go to Webhooks in the sidebar (under Settings)
2. Click Add Webhook
3. Enter the destination URL
4. Select which events to trigger on
5. Optionally add a secret for HMAC signature verification
6. Save and test

Available Events

• lead.found: New lead discovered from search
• email.verified: Email address verified
• deal.stage_changed: Deal moved to new pipeline stage
• email.sent: Outreach email sent
• email.opened: Recipient opened an email
• email.clicked: Recipient clicked a link

Slack Integration

1. Create an Incoming Webhook in your Slack workspace
2. Copy the webhook URL
3. Paste it as a new webhook in LeadFinder Pro
4. Select the events you want Slack notifications for

Zapier Integration

1. Create a Zap with "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger
2. Copy the Zapier webhook URL
3. Add it to LeadFinder Pro
4. Use Zapier to connect to 5,000+ apps

Security

All webhooks include HMAC-SHA256 signatures in the X-Signature header for verification.
